What 3D file formats do you provide?
Digital downloads and custom CAD request exports primarily support the following standard file formats:
- .STL (Standard Tessellation Language) — The most common format for FDM/Resin slicers (Cura, Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Chitubox). Perfect for 3D printing.
- .3MF (3D Manufacturing Format) — A modern, XML-based format containing scale, layout, support settings, and color slice parameters.
- .GLB / .GLTF — Web-friendly 3D formats containing material styling and lighting, used directly in our online interactive 3D viewer and AR programs.
Payments & Order

What are your payment methods and security protocols?
We accept secure payments via Razorpay integration, supporting all major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. All transactions are fully encrypted using SSL certificates.
Payment Debited but Failed? Sometimes temporary network drops interrupt transaction callbacks. If this happens, your money is completely safe—the gateway automatically triggers a refund to your source card/UPI account within 3 to 5 business days.

How does shipping work and how can I track my package?
Physical orders are packaged using triple-layered bubble wrap and placed inside reinforced corrugated boxes to prevent structural damage. We ship across India using leading express courier services: Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
Once dispatched, a tracking ID is registered to your order. You can monitor live shipping status directly on our Track Order page.
Do you offer refunds on digital files or prints?
Digital Downloads: Since digital files are downloadable immediately after successful payment processing, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Prints: Because each printed model is custom manufactured, we do not accept returns. However, if your print is damaged during transit, please email photos of the damaged box and product to dhobalevansh@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify and print a free replacement reprint for you immediately.
