1. Fabrication & Queue Times
Because every object is printed and hand-finished from scratch, please understand that items do not ship instantly. Slicing, print queue allocation, layer-by-layer printing, supports extraction, and post-cure sandings take predictably 1 to 3 business days depending on the structural volume.
2. Trusted Logistics Partners
To secure your high-fidelity models, we dispatch exclusively through premier express shipping channels, including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. All parcels are securely boxed with shock-absorbing foam or air bubbles.
3. Transit Delivery Durations
Once dispatched, parcels are delivered reliably within 3 to 7 business days across major pin-codes inside India, and up to 10 business days in regional zones or international addresses.
You will instantly receive automated tracking links via email, allowing you to trace packaging movements on our `/tracking` board.
4. Shipping Address Correction Obligations
Because shipping data feeds straight into courier APIs, address details cannot be altered once orders are dispatched.
If a package is returned to our studio due to faulty addresses, undeliverable numbers, or failure to collect, the buyer assumes responsibility for standard re-shipping charges.
