1. Supported Payment Channels
To make shopping seamless, Ekdanta integrates premium transaction channels. We accept:
- UPI / QR Codes: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Diner's Club.
- NetBanking: All major commercial banks in India.
2. Secure Transaction Gateways
All transactions run under end-to-end tokenized layers. No raw payment credentials touch our storage. Gateway API handshakes strictly leverage HTTPS headers, protecting you from session hijacking.
3. GST Compliance & Automated Invoices
Every order placed is fully GST-compliant. Tax percentages are computed accurately during order assembly. Once payment is authorized, a structured invoice PDF is generated and emailed to your registered address instantly.
4. Failed Transactions & Auto-Reversals
If an order fails at the final checkout step due to timeout or network dropouts but money is debited from your card, the payment partner initiates an automatic reversal callback.
The auto-reversed amount settled by payment providers is predictably released back into your source card or bank account in 3 to 5 banking days.
